Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Emily's Grande Marche! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Canceling Your Order

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before a shipping label is created without giving any reason for doing so. In order to cancel an order, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email at emily.cashdollar@gmail.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day the order cancellation is received.

 

Conditions for Returns

Returns are not accepted for any reason.

 

Conditions for Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if an item does not fit. A new item will only be mailed or available for pickup once the originally purchased product is received by the seller in new condition. An exchange can only be made for the same product in a different size if it is in stock. The buyer is responsible for any and all costs of returning/exchanging the item, including shipping.

In order for the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

● The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

● The goods are in the original packaging

● The originally purchased item is in stock in the size that the buyer is requesting for the exchange.

● The following goods cannot be exchanged: The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Any item that is not in new condition or cannot be resold. 

● We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Damaged Items

My Website (Emily's Grande Marche) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
